About the Role

Creative Partner Lead

interactive, visually stunning ad experiences

Key Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize and design

    interactive ad layouts

    across CTV, mobile, and web.
  • Develop

    original campaign ideas

    and translate them into visually engaging creatives.
  • Create visuals, videos, and motion graphics using

    Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects

    .
  • Collaborate with leadership, strategy, and client teams to align creative direction with brand goals.
  • Lead Huella’s internal creative initiatives — including brand campaigns and social media assets.
  • Stay updated on global creative trends and integrate

    AI-driven or gamified storytelling

    concepts.
  • Maintain consistency and design excellence across all outputs.

What We’re Looking For

  • 1.5–2 years of experience in

    visual design, UI, or motion graphics

    .
  • Proficiency in

    Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop

    .
  • Working knowledge of

    After Effects / Premiere Pro

    .
  • Strong understanding of

    visual hierarchy, color, typography, and layout

    .
  • Knowledge of

    UX and interaction design principles

    .
  • Attention to detail, creative curiosity, and a proactive mindset.
