About the Role We’re looking for a Creative Partner Lead to join our Gurgaon team — someone who can think like a user, design like a brand guardian, and move like a motion artist. You’ll collaborate across design, strategy, and sales to create interactive, visually stunning ad experiences for leading brands. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on innovation, storytelling, and pushing creative boundaries. Key Responsibilities Conceptualize and design interactive ad layouts across CTV, mobile, and web. Develop original campaign ideas and translate them into visually engaging creatives. Create visuals, videos, and motion graphics using Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects . Collaborate with leadership, strategy, and client teams to align creative direction with brand goals. Lead Huella’s internal creative initiatives — including brand campaigns and social media assets. Stay updated on global creative trends and integrate AI-driven or gamified storytelling concepts. Maintain consistency and design excellence across all outputs. What We’re Looking For 1.5–2 years of experience in visual design, UI, or motion graphics . Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop . Working knowledge of After Effects / Premiere Pro . Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, color, typography, and layout . Knowledge of UX and interaction design principles . Attention to detail, creative curiosity, and a proactive mindset.
