Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Partner, located in Kolkata. The Partner will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing trade relations, negotiating deals, and ensuring the supply and quality of products. Additional responsibilities will include coordinating with other Keyal group companies, overseeing manufacturing processes, and expanding the company's market presence.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in business management and operations
• Strong negotiation and trade relations skills
• Knowledge of products including minerals, steel, metals, and industrial chemicals
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities
• Proficiency in market analysis and strategic planning
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience working in a similar role or industry is highly beneficial
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field is preferred
