Job Description

You are a highly motivated individual seeking to join the Alliances and Channels Partner Account Management (PAM) team at Salesforce in Bengaluru/Mumbai. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with a select group of GSI partners. Your strategic thinking and exceptional partner relationship management skills, especially with leadership stakeholders, will be instrumental in driving the success of these partnerships. You will collaborate effectively with various cross-functional teams, including account teams, customer success, partner marketing, and partner enablement, to achieve mutual goals. Your key responsibilities will include owning and cultivating relationships with large consulting partners, establishing strong connections with key stakeholders up to the leadership level, driving transformation pursuits, aligning partner Salesforce practices with growth plans, executing go-to-market strategies to enhance co-sell and sourced revenue, and providing proactive support for partner projects. To be successful in this role, you should have at least 5 years of experience in Alliances/Partner Relationship Management, a background of working with large consulting organizations, and over 13 years of experience in consulting, management, sales, or business leadership within the enterprise software industry. You should also have a track record of developing and leading strategic partnerships and working effectively with multiple teams to build the partner ecosystem. Your knowledge and skills should include sound business acumen, the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, excellent communication and relationship-building skills, self-motivation as an independent contributor, high energy, enthusiasm, and a passion for the business. Additionally, you should be willing to travel within India as needed to fulfill your responsibilities.
