As an Evening Slot Ophthalmologist at our facility on Sarjapur Road, Bangalore, you play a crucial role in providing specialized eye care services in a welcoming environment. Your primary responsibility is to diagnose and treat patients with various ocular disorders between 3 PM and 7 PM. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct comprehensive eye examinations and assessments. - Diagnose ocular diseases and disorders. - Develop personalized treatment plans based on patient evaluations. - Perform minor surgical procedures as required. - Manage and treat common eye conditions like glaucoma and cataracts. - Provide pre-operative and post-operative care for patients. - Consult with patients regarding their health concerns and address their inquiries. - Collaborate with optometrists and other healthcare professionals. - Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with healthcare regulations. - Participate in continuing education and training programs to stay updated on the latest advancements in ophthalmology. - Educate patients on eye care and preventive health measures. - Supervise the work of junior staff and trainees. - Attend departmental meetings to discuss patient care protocols. - Ensure adherence to infection control practices and safety protocols.
