Position Overview We are actively seeking passionate and skilled Part-Time Online Problem Solving Tutors to provide personalized coding instruction to college and university-level students. This remote opportunity focuses on competitive programming platforms including LeetCode, CodeChef, Codeforces, and similar coding challenge websites. Key Responsibilities Conduct one-on-one tutoring sessions (no batch teaching) Guide students through algorithmic problem-solving techniques Teach data structures, algorithms, and optimization strategies Help students prepare for coding interviews and competitive programming contests Provide personalized feedback and create custom practice plans Explain complex programming concepts in simple, understandable terms Assist with debugging and code optimization techniques Required Qualifications Experience: 2-10 years in programming/software development Education: College/University level understanding of computer science concepts Technical Skills: Proficiency in multiple programming languages (Python, Java, C++, etc.) Strong knowledge of data structures and algorithms Experience with competitive programming platforms (LeetCode, CodeChef, Codeforces, HackerRank) Understanding of time and space complexity analysis Communication & Setup Requirements: Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written) Own laptop with reliable specifications for coding and screen sharing Stable high-speed internet connection with proper WiFi setup Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to students Compensation & Work Details Hourly Rate: ₹400-500 per hour Work Type: Part-time, Remote Session Format: Individual one-on-one sessions only Flexibility: Choose your own working hours Ideal Candidate Profile We welcome both experienced professionals and fresh graduates who demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities and teaching aptitude.
