Parking Associate

Core responsibilities

• Traffic and space management: Directing vehicles to available spots and coordinating traffic flow within the lot or garage.
• Customer service: Assisting drivers, answering questions, and resolving issues with courtesy.
• Financial transactions: Issuing tickets and collecting parking fees accurately.
• Safety and security: Monitoring the area for security issues, preventing accidents, and reporting any problems to management.
• Facility maintenance: Keeping the parking area clean, organized, and free of hazards.

Common job titles and specific duties

• Parking Attendant: Directs drivers, issues tickets, collects fees, and performs general monitoring and cleaning.
• Valet: Greets guests, parks and retrieves their vehicles, and provides a high level of customer service at locations like hotels or restaurants. A valid driver's license and clean driving record are required.
• Parking Enforcement Officer: Focuses on ensuring compliance with parking rules by issuing warnings and citations for violations.
• Parking Manager: Oversees daily operations, supervises staff, implements policies, and may analyze data to optimize parking use.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹13,500.00 per month
