Infinity International School invite applications from the most deserving dynamic candidate for the vacancy of Parent Counsellor

Role & responsibilities

1. Admission Counselling & Enquiry Management

  • Handle walk-in, call, and online admission enquiries with warmth and professionalism.
  • Provide accurate information about the schools curriculum, facilities, fee structure, and admission process.
  • Maintain enquiry and follow-up records in the schools CRM or database.
  • Guide parents through the admission formalities and documentation process.

2. Parent Communication & Relationship Building

  • Serve as the first point of contact for all parent queries, concerns, and feedback.
  • Build a trust-based relationship through active listening, empathy, and timely responses.
  • Communicate updates on school events, holidays, circulars, and notices clearly and promptly.
  • Coordinate PTMs (Parent-Teacher Meetings) and ensure smooth scheduling.

3. Event Coordination & Parent Engagement

  • Support in organizing school events, orientations, celebrations, and workshops.
  • Ensure parents are well-informed and involved in school activities.
  • Maintain a positive and welcoming environment during school visits and functions.

4. Internal Coordination

  • Collaborate with academic coordinators, teachers, and administration to resolve parent concerns effectively.
  • Share parent feedback and insights with management for service improvement.
  • Ensure smooth communication flow between staff and parents.

5. Record Keeping & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate records of enquiries, admissions, withdrawals, and feedback.
  • Generate periodic reports on admissions, retention, and parent satisfaction.
  • Monitor communication logs and follow up on pending actions.

6. Brand Representation & School Promotion

  • Represent the school professionally in all interactions.
  • Support marketing and outreach initiatives (e.g., open houses, exhibitions, social media).
  • Contribute to a positive word-of-mouth image in the community.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (knowledge of local language is a plus).
  • Friendly, confident, and approachable personality.
  • Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving ability.
  • Organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Comfort with technology — emails, CRM systems, and digital communication tools.
  • Prior experience in Preschool / Education / Service Industry preferred.
