Role & responsibilities

1. Classroom Management & Care
• Create a safe, warm, and engaging environment for young learners.• Manage classroom routines, hygiene, and emotional well-being of children.2. Teaching & Learning• Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons in literacy, numeracy, art, and motor skills.• Use stories, rhymes, role play, and activities to build interest and understanding.• Encourage inquiry and creative expression.3. Child Development Observation• Observe and record each childs progress and behavior.• Identify learning needs and provide individual support where needed.4. Parent Communication• Maintain regular communication with parents about the child's progress.• Conduct PTMs and share feedback constructively.5. Curriculum & Activities• Implement the schools curriculum with creativity.• Organize events like celebrations, assemblies, and field trips.6. Teamwork & Professional Conduct• Collaborate with co-teachers and coordinators.• Attend training sessions and staff meetings.

Preferred candidate profile

General Requirements

• Qualification:
• Graduate in any discipline (B.A./B.Sc./B.Com) with B.Ed. / D.Ed. / ECCEd / Montessori Training.
• Preference for candidates with Early Childhood Education background for Pre-Primary roles.
• Experience:
• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of teaching experience in a reputed school
• Freshers with excellent communication skills and passion for teaching may also apply.
• Language Proficiency:
• Excellent command over English (spoken and written).
• Knowledge of Hindi/Marathi is an added advantage.
