Summary:

Supports securities filings, governance matters, compliance programs, archival records, track projects and handles confidential information
 

Responsibilities:

  • Contract review and Management from tax perspective
  • Managing approval and admin dashboard for the team
  • Misc resp with tax requirement.
  • Working on daily contract review from tax perspective.
  • Learning about new policies related to tax travel approvals
  • Contingent workforce approvals
  • Cross Border approvals from tax perspective.
  • Helping the team on upcoming projects
 

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree is required.
  • Knowledge of legal contracts and review Taxation laws
