Paralegal Executive - Contractual

JOB DESCRIPTION FOR PARA LEGAL Draft amendments, extensions and process various contracts for execution Maintain the contract management portal, ensuring timely uploads, organization, and accessibility of all executed contracts and amendments Collaborate with internal teams (such as sales, procurement, and finance) to resolve contract-related queries and issues Monitor key contract dates, including renewal and termination dates, to ensure compliance Assist in the preparation of legal documents, notices etc. as may be required by company Review and edit legal documents for accuracy and completeness Prepare legal correspondence for internal stakeholders Conduct legal research on various topics, including intellectual property, compliance, data privacy, and corporate governance as needed Stay up-to-date on legal developments in the IT industry, including laws and regulations that may impact the business Provide administrative support to the Legal Department Organize and maintain electronic and physical filing systems for legal documents Work closely with internal teams (e.g., HR, Finance, Sales) to ensure smooth communication and effective contract execution Assist with dispute resolution and ensure the timely and effective handling of issues Qualifications: 1+ years of experience as a Paralegal, preferably in a corporate or IT environment Strong understanding of contract law, corporate governance, and legal compliance Experience with contract management software and legal document management systems Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills Effective communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment Experience with e-discovery tools or contract lifecycle management platforms
