Panel Wiring cum PLC Programmer

• Hands on experience with various PLC programming software (Preferably Rockwell, Siemens, Schneider)
• Hands on experience with various SCADA/HMI software application programming (Preferably with Rockwell, Wonderware, Siemens, Schneider).
• Minimal hands-on experience using the PLC and SCADA programming softwares.
• Electrical design knowledge in developing Control / MCC panel schematics.
• Knowledge on EPLAN software.
• Knowledge on PLC, MCC & PCC panel wiring.
• Open mindset and willing to learn MCC, PCC, PLC panel wiring.
• Lead a project team to execute the project from concept to completion.
• Develop design and development documents related to the project.
• Lead and Conduct Hardware & Software Factory Acceptance Test with clients.
• Lead and Conduct Field installation & commissioning including Site Acceptance Tests.
• Candidate must possess Diploma/Degree in Engineering (Electrical/ Instrumentation/ Mechatronic).
• Be flexible to travel within India & abroad for project implementation.
• This role includes 80 to 90% of travel.
• Willing to learn and have good growth mindset.

Note - For first six months you will be in training, In the training period you will work in typical electrical panels (MCC & PCC). On successful completion of this training you will be moved to PLC role. Based on your performance your training period may increase or decrease.

· Evaluates and performs basic to moderately complex troubleshooting, and obtains support from supervision, and engineering as needed.

· Perform other duties as assigned or as needed.

· The ability to meet deadlines under pressure

· Must take initiative to evaluate, troubleshoot and resolve assembly problems.

· Assembles very small to very large sized parts and performs wiring assembly.

· When discrepancies occur between bill of materials and drawings, utilizes independent judgement to determine course of action.

· Performs entire wiring assembly operation of one job (from pre-arranged kit) from start to finish.

• Candidate should able to fluently communicate in tamil & english.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 per month
