Role & responsibilities Monitor and protect property against criminal activity and damage, monitor the flow of people and employees and respond in emergency situations. Secure the assets of unit in case of emergency. e) Guide the emergency team in unit and brief them of emergency. Report and record the incident. Guest Handling: a) Guest checking and check out luggage take care b) Valet parking of guest vehicles c) Guest guidelines and correct information passing d) Vehicle & driver arrangements for guest and Resort day activities. e) Take care of the guest sending thru the park Daily Activates: a) Keep communication with guards, unit Head & security team b) Prepare the shift report with all facts and hand over to incoming shift supervisor explain point in detail c) Take action during shortage of guard. Modify the duty roaster considering risk /threat of unit. Train self and staff on the available resources d) Know the details of shift OT, leave, training of your unit security personnel, Listen to all guards and note their grievances. Try to resolve the issue at unit level. If not possible then refer to company& follow up e) Talk to security company and give regular feedback about manpower, unit activity, incident Grooming: a) Daily checking of the staff for proper grooming & Staff uniform b) Ensure health and safety of staff and follow all rules c) Should know client requirement of conduct, performance and grooming of security staff. Checking of the premises: a) All register maintaining like Staff Attendance, vendor register, Inward and out ward material, Fire & Safety manual fire extinguisher details b) Staff press king checking in time and out time c) Daily all the purchase material items checking Vehicles Running details: a) Vehicles running maintenance responsibilities b) Diesel and K.M checking in the register, service and maintenance c) Maintain the Diesel consumption detail report d) Daily organize the driver for day activities General: a) Receive & implement instruction from unit GM/HR b) Proper duty roster of shift and give duties to guard as assigned work. Deploy guard with required instrument/equipment in required site location c) Make procedure to collect intelligence and information, Maintain all documents as per security responsibility d) Maintain key control, employee control of the unit, Command & control guard duties &functioning e) Keep communication with guards, unit Head & security team Food and Accommodation will be provided
