As a Pan Asian Chef de Partie (CDP) at F TV Lounge & Club, your role involves preparing and managing dishes from Thai, Japanese, Korean, and Vietnamese cuisines. You will be responsible for menu execution, ingredient control, and ensuring dishes are delivered in line with brand standards. Key Responsibilities: - Execute high-quality dishes from Thai, Japanese, Korean, and Vietnamese cuisines - Prepare mise en place and ensure it is ready for service - Train and guide junior chefs in Pan Asian cooking techniques - Collaborate with Sous Chef and Executive Chef on menu planning - Maintain high standards of food hygiene and kitchen safety - Monitor the quality and consistency of food production Qualifications Required: - Minimum 3+ years of experience in Pan Asian cuisine - Expertise in sushi, curries, dim sum, and stir-fry techniques - Passion for authentic Asian flavors and presentation - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Hotel Chenthur Park in Coimbatore is dedicated to providing excellent service and is seeking skilled professionals to join the team.
