The Pan Asian Chef de Partie (CDP) at F TV Lounge & Club is responsible for preparing and managing dishes from across Asia, including Thai, Japanese, Korean, and Vietnamese cuisines. Your role will involve menu execution, ingredient control, and delivering dishes in accordance with brand standards. You will be expected to execute high-quality dishes from Thai, Japanese, Korean, and Vietnamese cuisines while ensuring that mise en place is prepared and ready for service. Additionally, part of your responsibilities will be to train and guide junior chefs in Pan Asian cooking techniques, collaborate with the Sous Chef and Executive Chef on menu planning, maintain high standards of food hygiene and kitchen safety, as well as monitor the quality and consistency of food production. To excel in this role, you should have at least 3+ years of experience in Pan Asian cuisine and possess expertise in sushi, curries, dim sum, and stir-fry techniques. A passion for authentic Asian flavors and presentation, along with strong organizational skills and attention to detail, are essential for success in this position.
