Roles and Responsibilities Expertise and Consultation Act as the primary contact for all Delinea Secret Serverrelated queries and issues Provide expert advice on configuration, troubleshooting, and management of Delinea environments Understand client needs to offer tailored PAM security solutions Stay up to date with Delinea's product updates and features Administration, Support, and Management Provide production support and manage deployments of Delinea Secret Server Create and manage policies, policy templates, and handle password complexity configurations Ensure configurations comply with client requirements and security best practices Monitor system performance and security, resolving any technical issues promptly Training and Documentation Develop and conduct training sessions for clients and internal teams Create and maintain detailed documentation for configurations, processes, and best practices Offer ongoing support to ensure efficient and secure use of the Delinea platform Mandatory Skills Delinea Secret Server Desired / Secondary Skills PAM (Privileged Access Management)
