Detailed Job Description:
Should be willing to work in 24/7 shifts.
Advance troubleshooting knowledge on multi-vendor Firewalls
Experience in creating Security policies and Dynamic routing protocols
Experience on firewall rules and data flow traffic in firewalls.
Extensive knowledge on traffic flow and log analysis on Firewalls
Firewall Policy fine tuning as per best practice
Following the Change Management and Incident Management process(P1 / P2)
Experience in analyzing IPS alerts
Analyzing False positive and True Positive Device/IPS alerts and provide suggestions to client
Experience in Forward Proxy and Reverse Proxy
Participating in client call for technical discussion and Monthly review
Skilled in analyzing and monitoring network security solutions.
Experience in Firewall version upgrade
Good knowledge on troubleshooting on vulnerability/product related issues
Ability to prepare process documents, Run Books, KEDB/SOP s using standards recommended by the business.
