Job Description

Role Purpose

To operate and itor palletizing machines that arrange bottles, cans, or multipacks onto pallets for storage or dispatch, ensuring efficiency, product safety, and adherence to production schedules.

Key Responsibilities

Machine Operation

Operate semi-automatic or automatic palletizing machines according to production plans.
Ensure proper alignment, stacking pattern, and stability of products on pallets.
itor machine settings and adjust speed or alignment as needed.

Quality & Safety

Inspect pallets for correct stacking, weight distribution, and product safety.
Ensure adherence to GMP, food safety, and EHS standards.
Immediately report any machine or product-related issues to the supervisor.

Maintenance & Troubleshooting

Perform routine cleaning, minor maintenance, and lubrication of palletizing machines.
Assist maintenance team during preventive maintenance and breakdown resolution.
Maintain logs for machine performance, downtime, and production records.

Production Support

Coordinate with forklift operators and warehouse team for pallet supply and dispatch.
Ensure continuous flow of finished products to storage or dispatch areas.
Minimize product and packaging material wastage.

Qualifications & Skills

Education
:
ITI / Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronics or equivalent.

Experience

1-3 years in palletizing operations, preferably in beverage/FMCG packaging plants.

Skills

Knowledge of machine operation and basic troubleshooting.

Attention to detail with focus on quality and safety.

Ability to follow SOPs, GMP, and EHS protocols.

Good communication and teamwork skills.
