Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Painter to join our team. The Painter will be responsible for preparing surfaces, mixing paints, and applying coats of paint, varnish, or other finishes to walls, ceilings, equipment, furniture, and other structures to protect and enhance their appearance. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for detail, knowledge of painting techniques, and the ability to work efficiently while ensuring high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, filling cracks, and repairing imperfections.
• Select, mix, and match paint colors to meet required specifications.
• Apply paint, varnish, enamel, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.
• Protect adjacent surfaces using masking tape, drop cloths, and other coverings.
• Inspect painted surfaces for touch-ups, ensuring smooth and even finish.
• Safely operate and maintain painting tools and equipment.
• Follow all safety guidelines regarding paints, solvents, and chemicals.
• Keep records of materials used, time taken, and maintenance work completed.
• Collaborate with supervisors or clients to achieve desired finish and color specifications.

Qualifications & Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent (ITI/technical certification preferred).
• Proven experience as a Painter in construction, manufacturing, or facility maintenance.
• Knowledge of different paints, finishes, and application techniques.
• Ability to work on ladders, scaffolding, and in varying environments.
• Strong attention to detail and color perception.
• Good physical stamina and manual dexterity.
• Basic understanding of safety procedures and material handling.

• Good communication and time-management skills.
• Flexibility to work overtime or weekends if required.

Working Conditions:

• Work may be performed indoors or outdoors, depending on the project.
• Exposure to paint fumes, dust, and chemicals (protective equipment will be provided).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
