Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Paint Shop Incharge & QA Inspector, located in Karur. The selected candidate will oversee and manage the paint shop operations, ensure quality assurance of painted components, and inspect the quality of the output to ensure it meets company standards. Daily tasks include managing the paint shop workforce, coordinating with other departments, maintaining equipment, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations. The role also involves planning, supervising the painting process, and performing quality checks on finished products.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge and experience in paint shop operations and quality assurance
  • Excellent skills in supervision, management, and team coordination in the paint shop
  • Familiarity with safety and environmental regulations regarding painting processes
  • Ability to perform detailed quality inspections and assure compliance with standards
  • Experience in coordinating with multiple departments to ensure smooth operations
  • Relevant educational background or certifications in mechanical, electrical, or related fields
