Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the

  paint plant

  , ensuring adherence to production targets, safety, and quality standards.
• Work with

  IRL (InfraRed Reflective) paint formulations

  – development, testing, and production.
• Optimize

  paint application processes

  : spray, dip, powder coating, etc.
• Manage

  batch processing

  , raw material mixing, and pigment dispersion.
• Monitor and control

  process parameters

  to reduce defects (e.g., orange peel, sagging, poor adhesion).
• Support

  quality control (QC)

  procedures and troubleshoot paint defects or inconsistencies.
• Collaborate with

  R&D

  for new product development and performance enhancement.
• Ensure compliance with

  EHS (Environment, Health & Safety)

  standards in the plant.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (maintenance, planning, QA) for smooth operations.

Required Skills:

• Hands-on experience in

  paint manufacturing / paint plant operations

• Knowledge of

  IRL (InfraRed Reflective) Paint Technology

• Understanding of

  paint formulations

  – water-based, solvent-based, high solids, etc.
• Familiar with

  QC tools

  , viscosity measurement, gloss, hiding power, etc.
• Exposure to

  automotive, industrial, architectural, or protective coatings

  preferred
• Basic knowledge of

  equipment

  like mixers, ball mills, high-speed dispersers, spray booths
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong understanding of

  safety protocols

  in chemical manufacturing
