Paid media specialist

The Paid Media Strategist will be responsible for the day-to-day management of multiple digital marketing campaigns. You will work closely with the digital marketing group and marketing teams to execute paid search, display, and social advertising strategies across multiple brands. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing strategic marketing campaigns for clients across various media platforms such as paid search, display, video, and social. You will be in charge of managing all aspects of campaign configuration, launch, and ongoing optimization. This includes strategy development, data-based optimization, budget management, ad trafficking, and troubleshooting to find creative solutions for client-specific needs. Additionally, you will identify optimization opportunities through continuous testing of ad copy and landing pages, including A/B testing, to ensure campaigns meet defined conversion objectives. You will also be responsible for creating and delivering meaningful analytics and reporting to monitor progress, as well as staying updated on industry best practices and new technologies. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree and 1-3 years of hands-on digital marketing experience in paid media. You should possess quantitative ability and an advanced understanding of digital media analytics to set up media analytics infrastructure for tracking KPIs. An understanding of past and current digital marketing and technology trends, along with a deep knowledge and passion for technology, digital marketing, and innovation, is required. Being goal-oriented, self-motivated, and having excellent communication skills are essential. You should have a drive to deliver and exceed performance goals, as well as a proactive, collaborative, and results-driven work style.
