As a Paid Media Strategist, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of multiple digital marketing campaigns. You will collaborate with the digital marketing group and marketing teams to execute paid search, display, and social advertising strategies across various brands. **Responsibilities:** - Develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns for clients across multiple media such as paid search, display, video, and social platforms. - Manage all aspects of campaign configuration, launch, and ongoing optimization, which includes strategy development, data-based optimization, budget/billing management, and ad trafficking. - Troubleshoot, problem-solve, and provide creative solutions to meet client-specific needs. - Identify optimization opportunities by continuously testing ad copy and landing pages, including A/B testing. - Ensure that campaigns are aligned with clearly defined conversion objectives. - Generate meaningful analytics and reports to monitor progress effectively. - Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies. **Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree. - 1-3 years of hands-on digital marketing experience in paid media. - Strong quantitative skills and an advanced understanding of digital media analytics, including the ability to set up media analytics infrastructure for tracking KPIs. - Knowledge of past and current digital marketing and technology trends. - Deep interest and knowledge in technology, digital marketing, and innovation. - Goal-oriented, self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills. - Drive to achieve and surpass performance goals. - Proactive, collaborative, and results-driven work style.
