Paid Media Specialist

We’re looking for a Paid Media Specialist who understands not just ads, but how search really works today — across paid, organic, and AI-driven results.

Role: Paid Media Specialist

📍 Location: Remote / Hybrid

🕒 Experience: 2–5+ years

💼 Type: Full-time

What you’ll do:

✅ Manage & optimize Google Ads (Search, PMax, YouTube)

✅ Run Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) with performance focus

✅ Set up & manage tracking (GA4, GTM, pixels)

✅ Improve CPL / CPA, ROAS & lead quality

✅ Collaborate on landing pages, CRO & messaging

✅ Apply SEO, AEO & modern search optimization insights to improve paid + organic performance

What we’re looking for:

🔹 Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads & Meta Ads

🔹 Working knowledge of SEO, AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) & evolving search behavior

🔹 Understanding of AI-powered search, featured snippets & intent-based optimization

🔹 Data-driven mindset with attention to detail

🎯 Bonus if you have:

• Experience with lead generation or eCommerce

• LinkedIn Ads exposure

• Google / Meta certifications

• Experience aligning paid media with organic & AI search strategies
