Paid Media Specialist

You’ll play a key role in driving qualified leads, analyzing performance data, and working closely with the sales pipeline in a B2B environment.

📍 Location: Remote (Must work Florida time zone)

What you'll do:

• Plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns on

  Google Ads

  and

  LinkedIn Ads

  ;
• Monitor lead performance and conversion flow using

  B2B CRM

  (tool is connected to LinkedIn);
• Collaborate with sales and strategy teams to align media performance with business goals;
• Use insights from

  SEO tool

  to support organic performance and identify opportunities;
• Deliver reports, insights, and actionable recommendations based on performance data.

Requirements:

• Proven hands-on experience with

  Google Ads

  and

  LinkedIn Ads

  , preferably in B2B lead generation;
• Strong understanding of B2B marketing funnels and performance metrics;
• Familiarity with

  CRM tools

  (experience with any B2B-focused CRM is a plus);
• Basic knowledge of

  SEO principles

  and experience with tools like DiiB, SEMrush, or Ahrefs;

• Fluent English

  (spoken and written) – all communication with the client is in English;
• Analytical mindset, performance-driven, and self-motivated.

Nice to have:

• Experience working with U.S. or Canadian clients;
• Background in service-based B2B businesses;
