Paid Media & Growth Specialist - Meta Ads (Pune)

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Paid Media & Growth Specialist with strong experience in running and delivering high-quality leads/sales through Meta ad campaigns across real estate, D2C, hospitality, lifestyle, and service-based brands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize Meta ad campaigns (Facebook & Instagram)
• Handle lead generation, traffic, and conversion-focused campaigns
• Experience with real estate lead campaigns, D2C sales funnels, and hospitality promotions
• Audience research, retargeting, and funnel optimization
• A/B test creatives, copies, and audiences
• Coordinate with design and video teams for ad creatives
• Track ROAS, CPL, and campaign performance
• Prepare reports and actionable insights

Requirements:

• 13 years of hands-on Meta Ads experience
• Proven experience with real estate, D2C, and hospitality ads
• Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager and campaign structure
• Data-driven approach to optimization
• Ability to manage multiple ad accounts
• Pune-based candidates only
