We are looking for an experienced Paid Media Expert who can own and scale e-commerce advertising across Google and Meta for US-based brands. This role is for someone who understands performance deeply, knows how to read data beyond dashboards, and can translate ad spend into predictable revenue growth.
You will be responsible for managing full funnel paid media efforts, from campaign setup to ongoing optimization, with a strong focus on profitability and long-term performance.
What you will be responsible for
- Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads for e-commerce brands
- Own day-to-day performance, including budget allocation, bidding strategies, creative testing, and audience strategy
- Work closely with Shopify stores, ensuring tracking, product feeds, and conversion events are correctly set up
- Optimize campaigns for revenue, ROAS, CPA, and LTV, not just clicks or impressions
- Analyze performance data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and growth opportunities
- Test and iterate on ad creatives, messaging, and offers based on performance insights
- Maintain a clear understanding of the full customer journey from ad click to purchase
- Communicate results, learnings, and next steps clearly with internal teams and US-based clients
What we are looking for
- 3 plus years of hands-on experience managing paid ads
- Strong expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads, including campaign structure, bidding, and scaling strategies
- Proven experience running e-commerce-focused ad campaigns
- Direct experience working with Shopify-based stores
- Experience working with US clients and understanding US market dynamics
- Good English conversational skills with the ability to explain performance clearly and confidently
- Strong analytical thinking with a practical, execution focused mindset
- Someone who takes ownership, is proactive, and is comfortable being accountable for results
Nice to have
- Experience working with multiple e-commerce categories
- Familiarity with GA4, conversion tracking, and attribution concepts
- Experience collaborating with creative or CRO teams
