Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Paid Assistant/Accounts Manager at FinCorp Tax Advisory, located in Gurugram with the possibility of some work from home. The role involves day-to-day tasks such as managing accounts, assisting with audits, handling tax compliances, preparing financial statements, and working closely with clients to provide advisory services. The candidate will also be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting and collaborating with other team members to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of Experience in accounting, financial reporting, and tax compliances
• Proficiency in using accounting software and financial analysis tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and client relationship management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field will be a bonus.
