Job Description

The Paid Ads Manager will lead the planning, execution, and optimization of paid campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms. This role is critical in maximizing reach, targeting the right audiences, and achieving the best ROI for both the organization s and clients campaigns.

Responsibilities:

Campaign Planning: Design and implement ad strategies tailored to each platform s strengths.
Ad Deployment: Oversee ad creatives, formats, and placements to align with campaign goals.
Budget Management: Allocate and monitor ad spend efficiently to achieve maximum results.
Performance Tracking: Analyze campaign data, identify trends, and make data-driven adjustments.
A/B Testing: Test creatives, audiences, and formats to continually improve performance.
Coordination: Work with content, design, and insights teams for cohesive ad output.

Preferred Qualification:

Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
Experience in running paid campaigns for high-engagement brands or political clients.
Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, DV360, etc.

Minimum Qualification:

2 5 years of paid advertising experience.
Strong analytical skills and familiarity with performance metrics.
Proficiency in Tamil and English.
