About the Role

We’re hiring a Google Ads Lead who can think strategically and work hands-on. This role demands someone who knows the Google Ads ecosystem deeply and can independently run the full campaign lifecycle—from groundwork and research to optimisation and scaling. The environment is fast-moving, and we expect decisiveness, ownership and end-to-end execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, manage and optimise high-performance Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube and Performance Max.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor breakdowns, audience mapping and budget planning.
• Develop complete campaign strategies based on numbers, patterns and behavioural insights.
• Monitor daily performance and optimise aggressively to extract maximum ROI.
• Analyse campaign data and deliver clear, actionable reports.
• Collaborate closely with content, design and landing-page teams to improve conversion flow.
• Troubleshoot tracking issues, quality score fluctuations and performance dips with precision.
• Keep pace with Google Ads updates, tools and advanced optimisation techniques.

Required Experience & Skills

• 5–7 years of strong, hands-on Google Ads experience.
• Proven background in startups and/or digital marketing agencies—ability to handle pressure, wear multiple hats, and move fast.
• Expertise in bidding strategies, match types, keyword structuring, conversion tracking, and campaign segmentation.
• Capability to manage medium to high-budget international campaigns.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-first mindset.
• Experience with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Looker Studio, and related tools.
• Ability to work independently, set priorities and execute with minimal supervision.
