Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Paediatric Physiotherapist located in Kota. The Paediatric Physiotherapist will be responsible for assessing and evaluating the physical development needs of children, planning and implementing therapy programs, and providing specialized treatment to enhance motor skills and physical abilities. The role also includes collaborating with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to achieve positive outcomes for the children under care.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in assessing, diagnosing, and treating physical developmental delays and disorders in children
• Practical knowledge of designing and implementing physiotherapy programs tailored to individual needs
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with families and teams
• Empathy, patience, and a child-focused approach to care
• Relevant certification or licensure in Physiotherapy, with a focus on pediatric care
• Experience in working with children with developmental or physical challenges is highly desirable
