Job Title: Paediatric Physical Therapist Location: Dwarka, Sector 12A, West Delhi Job Type: Full-Time Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and passionate Paediatric Occupational Therapist to join our clinic in Dwarka. The ideal candidate should have experience working with children and possess the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Responsibilities: Evaluate children with developmental, sensory, and motor delays to identify areas of need Develop and implement treatment plans using evidence-based interventions Provide individualised therapy sessions to improve children's gross motor, fine motor, visual perceptual, and self-care skills Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care Maintain accurate records of assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries Keep up-to-date with current research and attend professional development opportunities to improve clinical skills Ensure safety and infection control measures are implemented at all times Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy/ Physiotherapy from an accredited institution Valid license to practice Occupational Therapy/ Physiotherapy in India Experience working with children with developmental delays, sensory integration dysfunction, and motor difficulties Excellent communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Comfortable working with diverse populations, including culturally and linguistically diverse families Salary and Benefits: Salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications. Implementing (Applied Behavior Analysis) ABA to teach a child diagnosed with an Autism Spectrum Disorder. Provided ongoing training to families on the implementation of behavior strategies and principles of ABA and other various modalities. Develop goals in communication, functional living skills, social skills, self-help skills, caregiver training, and play and recreational skills with the assistance of the Program Manager. Provide caregiver consultation as needed and meet with caregivers throughout. Facilitate clinical team meetings to review consumer progress on a monthly basis. Ensure the safety and well-being of kids. Implement and provide therapy sessions to kids utilizing behavior-analytic principles. Kids exhibit more aggressive behaviors, so its important that youre comfortable working with all types. Design and revise plans of care and goals. Primary work would be conducting one-on-one therapy sessions for kids. To maintain and update individual and group records during sessions. Establish and maintain cooperative and effective working relationships with parents and other stakeholders. Establishes and maintains a safe, orderly, and child-centered environment. Attend and participate in team meetings and staff meetings.
