Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Paediatric Physiotherapist based in Vasant Vihar, New Delhi. The Paediatric Physiotherapist will focus on assessing, diagnosing, and planning treatments for children with physical challenges or developmental delays. Responsibilities include designing and implementing therapy programs tailored to individual needs, monitoring progress, and collaborating with families and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care. The role also involves educating caregivers about exercises and techniques to enhance the child’s development.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge and skills in paediatric physiotherapy, assessment techniques, and therapeutic interventions
Experience in designing treatment plans specific to developmental delays and physical disabilities
Effective communication skills to collaborate with families and other healthcare professionals
Empathy, patience, and the ability to connect with children of different age groups and their families
Relevant certifications or degree(s) in Physiotherapy, with a focus on paediatrics
Understanding of child development and motor skill progression
Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team to achieve positive outcomes for patients
Previous clinical experience in a similar role is highly desirable
