Job Description

Oversee Day-to-Day Packing Operations:
Manage and monitor the entire packing department, ensuring smooth and timely packing of food products.
Operate & Supervise Packing Machines:
Understand and operate packing and filling machines (training will be provided).
Manpower Management:
Lead, coordinate, and monitor packing staff for efficient workflow and productivity.
Quality Control:
Ensure proper labeling, accurate packing, and compliance with quality standards.
Monitor Labeling & Printing Lines:
Supervise labeling, batch coding, and printing to maintain brand consistency and accuracy.
Inventory Management:
Track and maintain adequate stock of packing materials and coordinate reorders as needed.
Vendor Coordination:
Liaise with suppliers for the procurement of packing materials and ensure timely delivery.
Design & Packaging Updates:
Collaborate with the design team to implement new packaging designs and changes as per requirements.
Online Platform Handling:
Manage profiles and queries on IndiaMART and other relevant B2B platforms.
