As a Digital Product Head, you will be a key member of our team, driving the success of our product line in the market. Additionally, you should have a solid grasp of UI/UX concepts, familiarity with functional tools, and exceptional collaboration, partnership, presentation, and influencing skills. It is essential to have at least 5 years of experience in developing software products and a good understanding of technical product development from scratch. Ideal candidates will also have experience in market research, documentation, user acceptance testing, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in managing a team of Business Analysts and implementing mid to large-sized projects or products is highly desirable. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a track record of using data to solve problems and influence future investments, are considered a plus. Experience in the Fixed Income or equity market is preferred, along with a total of 8+ years of experience in Product Companies, with at least 2 years in fintech products. An educational background in Computer Science, Information Systems, MBA in Finance, or Information Technology is required to be considered for this role.
