1.To see the packing line plan and work accordingly.
2.Checking of BOM against SAP BOM, SAP related work and verify the quantity dispensed accordingly.
3.Training to be given to the workmen & Operator in the concerned area as per the cGMP guidelines and maintaining Training record.
4.To Co-ordination with QA & QC dept. regarding the line clearance, samples collection and its release for further process.
5.Filling the online BPR & respective logbooks
6.Doing the entries in the daily format issued in respective areas
7.To co-ordinate for Preventive maintenance and calibration activities to be done.
8.Doing the BPR reconciliation, Effective Manpower handling, in process activities & maintaining the quality norms as per company policy.
9.Taking care about follow of all the SOPs when product taken on line i.e. Issuance , retrieval & destruction of stereo ,change parts ,primary , secondary & tertiary packing items etc.
