Packing Officer

Job title: Packaging Officer

Experience: 3-4 Years

Working days: 6 days in a week (Wednesday-Mondays)

Weekly off: Tuesday

Key Responsibilities:

· Packing and Labelling: Weighing, packing, and labelling finished products according to company procedures.

· Quality Control: Identifying and removing defective items to maintain quality standards.

· Material Handling: Utilizing packaging materials efficiently, including tools, padding, and adhesives.

· Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of processed materials. Online BPR updates.

· Safety and Cleanliness: Following safety protocols, ensuring a hazard-free workspace, and maintaining a clean and organized packing area.

· Workflow Optimization: Coordinating with team members to optimize workflow and minimize wastage.

· Compliance: Ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.

· Equipment Maintenance: Inspecting, maintaining, and troubleshooting equipment, including packaging machinery.

· Training: May be involved in training new hires on packaging procedures and equipment operation.

· Production Support: Monitoring production flow, identifying potential issues, and reporting to relevant personnel.

Skills and Qualifications:

· Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately.

· Basic reading and writing skills.

· Physical endurance and the ability to lift items.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

· Familiarity with basic packaging equipment.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Knowledge of safety regulations and practices.

· Good communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
