Packing & Labelling in-charge

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and quality-focused Packing & Labelling Supervisor for our Microbiology Division. The candidate will be responsible for supervising the packing, labelling, and dispatch activities while ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily packing and labelling operations for microbiological products.
• Ensure all products are packed and labelled accurately as per company standards and regulatory guidelines.
• Check labelling details for accuracy, including batch numbers, product details, and expiry dates.
• Coordinate with the production and QC teams to ensure timely packing and dispatch.
• Maintain packing records, labelling logs, and compliance documentation.
• Train and guide packing staff to follow SOPs and safety protocols.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure product integrity and presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the packing area.

Required Skills:

• Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written).
• Knowledge of packing and labelling procedures, preferably in a microbiology or laboratory products environment.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, ERP preferred).
• Ability to supervise a small team effectively.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
