Packaging Engineer

As the ideal candidate for the position, you will be responsible for the following key responsibilities: - Perform regular and preventive maintenance of packing machines, sewing machines, and weighing scales to ensure optimal performance and reduce downtime. - Implement and monitor healthy maintenance practices, ensuring all equipment is operating safely, efficiently, and in accordance with standard safety protocols. - Oversee inventory management of spare parts and maintenance supplies, ensuring availability for scheduled and emergency repairs. - Execute and maintain Preventive Maintenance (PM) schedules and records for all machinery and equipment. - Plan and coordinate Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) with external service providers, ensuring timely servicing and compliance with contract terms. - Develop, maintain, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and other technical documentation related to equipment operation and maintenance activities. Your qualifications for this role should include: - B.Tech in mechanical or electrical. - Experience in maintaining industrial machinery, preferably in a manufacturing or packaging environment. - Strong understanding of preventive maintenance systems and inventory control. - Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and SOP. - Good documentation and record-keeping skills.,
