Job Title: Packaging Supervisor

Job Summary:

Packaging Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage daily packaging operations to ensure timely and accurate execution.
Monitor packaging quality and conduct QC checks to maintain product standards.
Ensure adherence to manufacturing guidelines, safety standards, and company protocols.
Coordinate with the production team for smooth workflow and packaging requirements.
Optimize packaging processes for efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and minimum wastage.
Train, guide, and supervise the packaging staff.
Maintain records and reports related to packaging, QC, and production output.

Requirements:

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory).
Proven experience in
packaging supervision
within a
manufacturing setup
.
Hands-on experience in
quality control
processes.
Prior exposure to
sheet metal/steel industry
will be an added advantage.
Strong knowledge of packaging machinery, tools, and techniques.
Good leadership, team-handling, and communication skills.
