Job Title: Personal Assistant (PA) with Driving Skills

Location: Mohali, Punjab
Experience: 2–5 Years
Employment Type: Full-time

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive personal and administrative support to the Managing Director.
• Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Accompany the Director/Manager for official and personal visits, ensuring smooth travel.
• Drive safely and responsibly as per assigned duty, maintaining vehicle cleanliness and upkeep.
• Manage errands, pickups, drops, and other assigned duties In the absence of Driver.
• Maintain confidentiality in all personal and business matters.
• Assist in handling official documents, files, and presentations when required.
• Coordinate with staff.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
• Valid driving license with a clean driving record.
• Good knowledge of local routes, traffic rules, and navigation apps.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
• Good communication skills (English/Hindi as required).
• Flexible with working hours and travel schedules.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
