Tech Mahindra is looking for an experienced P2P Team Lead to manage Procure-to-Pay operations, drive process efficiency, and support automation initiatives. The role involves KPI management, vendor governance, and continuous improvement across P2P processes.
Shift: UK Shift
Weekly Offs: Saturday & Sunday
Notice Period: Immediate to 1 Month
Post Graduate in Commerce or equivalent
Experience
710 years of relevant Procure-to-Pay (P2P) experience
Monitor and manage end-to-end P2P KPIs and SLAs
Lead and support process improvements and operational excellence initiatives
Handle vendor governance and ensure strong vendor relationships
Implement and support automation in invoice processing and payment workflows
Track and improve process efficiency and automation impact
Monitor and improve vendor satisfaction scores
Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and SOPs
Support team performance, reporting, and stakeholder communication
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of P2P processes
Advanced ERP expertise (SAP / Oracle)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
MS Excel Advanced
Experience with automation tools and compliance systems
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
