Tech Mahindra is seeking a seasoned P2P Manager to lead Procure-to-Pay operations, drive strategic process improvements, manage vendor governance, and oversee automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and vendor satisfaction.
Shift: UK Shift
Weekly Offs: Saturday & Sunday
Notice Period: Immediate to 1 Month
Post Graduate in Commerce or equivalent
Experience
10+ years of relevant Procure-to-Pay (P2P) experience
Oversee and govern end-to-end P2P operations
Monitor and analyze P2P KPIs, SLAs, and performance metrics
Drive process transformation and continuous improvement initiatives
Lead vendor governance and stakeholder management
Strategically implement automation in invoice and payment processing
Measure and report process efficiency and automation impact
Improve and sustain high vendor satisfaction scores
Ensure compliance with audits, internal controls, and regulatory requirements
Lead, mentor, and develop P2P teams
Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
Deep expertise in P2P domain and ERP systems
Strong hands-on experience with SAP / Oracle ERP
Advanced MS Excel and reporting skills
Experience with automation tools and compliance systems
Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making abilities
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
