Role & responsibilities

• Overseas / Pricing Manager

Responsible for new Agent development from various origins

• Execute the team and describes their profiles
• Coordination with Sales team for their enquires
• Post Enquires to agents
• Generate the new bookings with the co-loaders / Agents
• Cost effective Pricing
• Negotiation with the Agents
• Quotation to the Customer
• Shipper / Consignee / Agent Coordination
• Coordination with the agents after getting the approval of nomination from customer
• Overseas Documentation
• Maintain new bookings in the company software
• Maintain Buying / Selling in the company software
• Manifestation of Docs
• Pre alerts to the customers and their CHA
• Air DO Release
• Air DO Online
• Making of Freight Certificates
• Price comparisons
• Maintaining Cost Sell Sheets
• Interacting with the Existing Customers and catering to their needs
• Interacting with the Operations for the new bookings to open a Job file / Pre Alerts /IGM
• Lead the team for the Agent marketing for the nomination business
• Handling Agent enquires also
• Coordination with the tele callers and expedite their needs and the queries as well
• Attend the meetings with the teammates to lead the customers

Preferred candidate profile

• Responsible for new developments.
• Full Merchandising of a product. ( From Query till Delivery)
• Logistics
• Documentation
• Coordinates with the New Importers & fabric suppliers for the sample.
• Interacting with the Vendors and catering to their needs.
• Coordinate the new sampling operations with the existing vendors
• Domestic Sales & Merchandising
• Full Merchandising of a product. ( From Query till Delivery)
• Coordinate with the Dealer or Agents
• Logistics
• Documentation
• Handling all the Imports Consignees & their Shipments
• Coordinates with the Importers
• Coordinate with the Mumbai, Ludhiana & China Branch for all the Imports Shipments.
• Coordinate with the shipping line for the rates.
• Follow up for the New Queries
• Documentation
