Overseas Holiday Advisor

Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Overseas Holiday Advisor to join our growing travel team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of international holiday packages, hotels, transportation, and destination planning, along with excellent communication skills in English.

You will be responsible for handling overseas leisure travel inquiries, creating customized holiday packages, and assisting clients from enquiry to booking confirmation.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle international holiday enquiries via calls, emails, WhatsApp, and walk-in clients
• Design and sell customized overseas tour packages
• Strong knowledge of international destinations, sightseeing, visa basics, and travel requirements
• Hotel selection and booking (budget, 4★, 5★ & luxury hotels)
• Arrange international flights, transfers, sightseeing, cruises, and activities
• Coordinate with DMCs, suppliers, and hotel partners
• Prepare professional quotations and itineraries
• Follow up with clients to close bookings
• Ensure smooth travel planning and customer satisfaction

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years experience in overseas holiday packages (Travel Agency background preferred)
• Good knowledge of international destinations (Thailand, Dubai, Europe, Bali, Maldives, Singapore, etc.)
• Strong understanding of hotels, transfers, and sightseeing arrangements
• Excellent spoken and written English (mandatory)
• Good communication, sales, and negotiation skills
• Ability to handle multiple clients and work under pressure
• Knowledge of GDS / B2B portals (Expedia, Agoda, TBO, etc.) is an advantage
• Basic visa knowledge is a plus

• Travel industry experience is mandatory

• Ability to work independently and in a team

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
