Role Overview: You will be working as an Overseas Education Counselor in the Sales and Marketing Department. Your role will involve assisting students who are looking to study abroad by guiding them through the admission process, providing relevant information about international universities, and helping them make informed decisions about their education and career path. Key Responsibilities: - Assist students throughout the entire admission process, evaluating their profiles and recommending suitable program options. - Provide information about international colleges and universities, advising students on various requirements. - Guide students in making overseas career decisions, understanding their potential, and helping them pursue their goals. - Help students choose the appropriate university and program courses that offer valuable education and global recognition. - Prepare students for interviews and ensure they meet application eligibility criteria. - Assist students in completing admission forms, preparing financial documentation, and obtaining education loans and financial aid. - Provide pre-departure counseling to manage student expectations and ensure a smooth transition. - Deliver outstanding client service by responding to queries and advising customers on overseas immigration and visa requirements. Qualifications Required: - Graduate with a minimum of two years of experience. - Excellent communication, convincing, and problem-solving skills. - Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to deliver under pressure. - Attention to detail and ability to concentrate. - Pleasant, warm, and friendly personality with professional mannerism. - Passion for learning and growing with the company. - Prior experience in Overseas Education Counseling. - Effective communication skills and excellent customer service abilities. - Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude towards customer interactions.,
