We are looking for a highly motivated and goal-oriented B2B Sales Consultant as "Sales Business Development Executive" to be based in Koramangala, Bengaluru , who will lead domestic sales and business development initiatives focused exclusively on the healthcare sector for a fast-growing healthcare recruitment agency committed to transforming the hiring landscape for healthcare institutions. Key Responsibilities: Identify and engage hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers, and healthcare groups across India that require recruitment services. Conduct cold calls, field visits, LinkedIn outreach, and participate in healthcare events to generate qualified leads. Present customized service proposals and effectively communicate Medico Talent’s value proposition. Build long-term relationships with HR heads, medical administrators, and talent acquisition professionals. Provide consultative support to understand client hiring needs and deliver recruitment-based solutions accordingly. Manage client expectations, negotiate terms, and ensure smooth onboarding. Monitor industry trends and hiring patterns within the Indian healthcare space. Maintain and update CRM/sales reports, ensuring transparency in lead tracking and closure. Work closely with the internal recruitment team to ensure timely and quality service delivery to clients. Qualifications: 2 to 5 years of proven B2B sales experience in healthcare, staffing, or recruitment services within India. Possesses strong networking abilities and well-established relationships within the Indian healthcare ecosystem. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-driven, target-oriented, and based in or open to relocation to Bengaluru. Willingness to travel for client visits and conferences, as needed. Job Description: Counseling clients for different types of visa processes. Responsible for counseling the inquiry leads and selling our services over the phone, email, and in person. Candidates have to deal with clients who are looking for PR visas, Tourist visas, Business visas, Spouse visas, etc. Acquisition of new clients and follow-up with existing ones. Meet the assigned monthly targets Sales Oriented and target driven attitude.Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales Provide consultation services to address potential clients’ interest in immigration program, including establishing suitability of the candidate’s visa. Consultation will mainly be by email, telephone and face-to-face meetings. Identify sales prospects and contact prospects along with providing regular follow up on enquiries received. Give clear and accurate information based on the current immigration and visa laws and policies.
