Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi for an Overseas Education Counsellor. The role involves guiding students in selecting suitable study-abroad programs, offering education and career counseling, and assisting with the application process. Daily tasks include providing information on global education opportunities, advising on course options, and supporting students in achieving their academic and career goals. The counsellor will build relationships with students and their families to ensure a smooth and supportive consulting experience.

• Proficiency in Educational Consulting and the ability to guide students in identifying suitable programs and universities
• Strong Student Counseling and Career Counseling skills to support students in their decision-making journey
• Exceptional Communication skills for providing clear, empathetic, and professional guidance
• A solid understanding of the Education sector and knowledge of global academic opportunities
• Proven ability to build trust and maintain strong relationships with students and families
• Experience in the overseas education consulting industry is advantageous
• A bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field is preferred
