Job Title : Overseas Education Counselor / Education Advisor Location : MG Road, Manipal Center, Bangalore Job Type : Full-Time Experience : 1–3 years preferred Job Description : Infos Connect Study Abroad is hiring experienced and enthusiastic professionals for the position of Overseas Education Counselor / Education Advisor . We are looking for candidates with a background in student counseling, admissions, tele sales, telemarketing, or business development within the education or service industry. Key Responsibilities : Counsel students on study abroad options including country, course, and university selection Manage the entire admission process—from initial inquiry to visa application Follow up on leads via calls, emails, and walk-ins Meet individual targets for student conversion and revenue generation Maintain accurate student records and ensure timely follow-ups Develop relationships with students, parents, and educational institutions Coordinate with internal teams and international university partners Preferred Backgrounds : Candidates with prior experience in one or more of the following roles will be given preference: Admission Counselor, Overseas Education Counselor, Education Advisor, Telemarketing Executive, Tele sales Representative, Business Development Executive (BDE) Requirements : Bachelor’s degree in any field (Education, Marketing, or related preferred) 1–3 years of experience in a similar role Strong communication skills in English (Kannada or other regional language is a plus) Salary : Based on experience + Incentives Benefits : Attractive performance-based incentives Career growth opportunities Training and development support Friendly and supportive work environment Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Commission pay Performance bonus Application Question(s): Please describe your most recent job role.
