Role & responsibilities

• Achieving monthly sales targets
• Tele calling
• Enquiry Handling
• Enrolment Handling
• Material Issue
• Stock Report Handling
• Cash Handling
• Sending Online codes to enrolled students/Co-ordinating with the designated person
• Administering diagnostic tests
• Conducting Weekly Tests
• Maintaining attendance sheets
• Handling absenteeism if the student is absent for more than one class, the counsellor should call the student and conducting the classes for the student accordingly.
• Score display’s
• Batch planning – updating the trends of walk-ins to sales head and plan batch accordingly.
• Making sure the classroom ambience is good to conduct the class.
• Making sure the classroom is equipped with markers, dusters and other items required for class.
• ERP usage - timely update of walk-ins, enrolments, follow-ups
• Informing trainers about the students attending demo.
• Co-ordinating between students and faculties for extra help sessions
• Daily reports
• Conducting hassle free classes
• Opening/closing the centre for class conduction
• Making sure no student attends more than two classes with balance due.
• HE/SHE is responsible for the missing stock or material issue to balance due student.
• Counsellor to invite the students to attend a Strategy Session / Demo class / take a free test.
• Counsellor to clearly explain policies for make-up classes, batch transfers, Codes De-activation.
• Making a note of class start time and end time and updating them to the sales head and faculty head through mail in case of deviations.
• Any leaves, approval or permissions should be intimated through mails at least 48 hours before.
• Attending Review meeting whenever called for
• Planning Bulk sms and e-mailer campaign on regular notes.
• Maintaining discipline and punctuality in office premises
• Sending daily reports without fail
